M.A.C. Favorites!!!

I remember when I was a freshman in high school and it was homecoming time! Now most girls would be excited to go shopping with their friends and find dresses and get dressed together and take pics together and go to the dance together.....that wasn't me. My mother loved to make me and my sister have the best things we could have, so instead of sharing makeup with my friends she took me to the M.A.C. counter......DUN DUN DUN!!! And it was over from there! (lol) Like it is for most people! So today I'll be sharing my favorite M.A.C. Products :D
First up are my favorite face products :)
At the very top Lustre Drops(pink rebel) Top left to bottom right: Studio Fix powder(NC40), Mineralize Skinfinish Natural(Medium Dark), Studio Finish Concealor(NW30), and Pro Sculpting Cream(Coffee Walnut)

Top to bottom: (you can barely see it) studio finish concealer, pro sculpting cream, studio fix, mineralize skin finish. On the right is the lustre drops.
Ok!! So lets start with the face powders!! I personally prefer powders because I have oily skin and liquid foundations just dont seem to last as well as a powder. I also dont like the "makeup" look or the feeling of a foundation in general...I know sometimes too much powders can make you look cakey(studio fix) but if you cover any blemishes or redness with concealer and just lightly dust your face with either powder you can create a natural face look. I rarely get blemishes, my problem is the scars that they leave :/ although you cant really see the Mineralize Skinfinish swatched on my hand it is just a tad bit dark on my face so I usually use that when I have a tan and as a light bronzer during the cold months :) I LOVE the Studio Fix powder( not the same as the fix plus foundation-thats a bit heavier) this is also a light finishing powder, however you can build it up(be careful because there is a fine line between nice and "WOW!!! CAKE FACE!!!" with this powder)
Next will be concealer. I love the Studio Finish! I only use this on blemishes and redness because i feel like it is just a bit too dark for under my eyes and lays in fine lines....but it covers everything else well and lasts allllllllll ddddaaaayyyy!!! I usually apply this before my powder because for me it "sticks" better to my skin rather than the powder, and powdering afterwards sets the concealer. It has a creamy consistency, but if you have it for a while or in the colder months it will dry up. This can be easily fixed as long as you wipe the top off with a tissue(the hard bits) and then stick your finger and warm the product between two fingers and apply.
The last face product is a new found love! The Pro Sculpting cream in coffee walnut!! I love using this to contour my face! I have a round chubby cheeks( no not baby fat..."i got if from my momma...i got it from my momma...(remember that song lol)) i love how it has a cool greyish undertone compared to other contouring products that have warm orangey bronze looking undertones. I wanted something that looked like a shadow from my "strong cheek bones" this does just that! Im still practicing and trying out different methods of application, so if you have any tips let me know please!!!
Top left to bottom right: Sable, Carbon, Naked Lunch, Nehru, Mulch, Bare Study(paint pot), Star Violet, Charcoal Brown, Sketch, Brule. Top eye pencil: Purple Dash(technakohl liner), and coffee(eye pencil)
Top to bottom: Purple dash, coffee eye pencil, bare study(paint pot), star violet, sable and carbon.

Top to bottom: Charcoal brown, naked lunch, brule, sketch. Right from top to bottom: mulch and nehru.
The eye products above are all of the shadows I own that are not limited edition products. I have a mix of mattes, frosts, and satins(I think lol) I love every shade...except nehru its a little on the bluish black(black eye) shade. They all have great pigmentation and have great blending powers!!(lol) Although the are a little pricey($15), they are worth it! I am dying to get my own palette and starting my palette collections (I really want satin taupe, woodwinked, smut, mystery, quarry, patina, omega, vanilla, sumptuous olive and all that glitters) I love the lasting power of the eyeliners, again wish i had more. I tend to use the bare study paint pot as a base for my shadows it prevents them from creasing!! I want the matte nude shade that they offer for the paint pot I just forgot what its called lol
 Left to right: Plumful(lustre), Captive(satin), Brave(satin), See Sheer(lustre)
Top to bottom: Captive, Plumful, Brave, See Sheer
I want more!!!!!!! I love all of these! The formula is great. Nice and creamy! I just touch up a couple of times a day. I want darker colors!! (lol) i think I was just intimidated by the crazy colors that the makeup artists were wearing that I was like "WOAH!!! I think I want a my lip color but better please....O_o" I want: Viva Glam I, Chili and a pretty pink(havent seen one I loved yet)

WELL thats all for now! I REALLY hope that I will be able to do another one of these in the near future with my NEW favorites and show you my empty wallet!
