Blushes, Bronzers, and Highlighters!!!

AAHHH!! NOOO!!! Summer is over my friends now its time to add color since we will soon be losing our beautifully sunkissed faces :( the healthy way of course! and I have some solutions for you :) Blushes, Bronzers, and Highlighters!!

First up in the batters box is blushes or my favorite "blushers" like the UK beauty bloggers say <3

Starting from top left:
1. Avon Smooth Mineral Blush in Golden Glow- smooth texture, beautiful pinkish golden color, very natural.
2.Wet n' Wild Blush in Pearlescent Pink- smooth texture, rosy pink with a hint of shimmer.
3. NYX Amber- smooth texture, deep mauvy rose color, perfect for looking flush.
4. ELF All Over Color stick in Pink Lemonade- smooth and a little tacky feeling(not good for oily skin) very pigmented bright pink, a little goes a long way.
5. ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzer Kit- very rough dry texture, pretty peachy pink color with minimal shimmer.
6. Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush in Peach Satin- Mousse like consistency, easy to blend, light shimmerring pink on skin(on paper: it made the paper wet thats why it looks brown xD)
7. NYX Bronzer and Blusher Combo- very smooth texture pink with hues of orange? has shimmer, buildable
8. Mac Sunbasque(Limeted Edition) but a very good dupe is actually the NYX blush from the combo I just mentioned. on the skin this blush is not as dark as it swatched on the paper.
9. Avon Blush in Rose Glow- pretty mauve color, smooth texture, very naturla yet buildable.

The next is Bronzers!!!!
From top left:
1. Wet n' Wild Bronzer in Princess- deep matte brown, little to no shimmer, very smooth and blendable, easy to build and very pigmented so be careful alot goes a long way and you want to look sunkissed not dirty xP
2. ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzer Kit- very rough texture, good pigmentation, has shimmer, on the lighter side of a bronzer.
3. NYX Bronzer and Blusher Combo- LOVE THIS!!! very smooth texture, very pigmented, a little bit of an orange hue so becareful a small amount of shimmer(probably fall out from the blush)

Time to HIGHLIGHT BD <-- sunglass face lol
From top left:
1. ELF All Over Stick in Persimmon- pinkish cream highlight, very shimmery, again not well for oily skin, smooth texture and best price!!
2. Mac Lustre Drops in Pink Rebel- cream colored, liquid form, has the best light reflection, a little goes a long way.
3. Hard Candy Moon Glow in Luminizing- yellowish toned powder with shimmer, smooth texture great for oily skin, has great texture, however it doesnt last too long so might need to reapply.

AND NOW FOR THE WORST BLUSHES!!!(didnt have a real bad bronzer or highlight)
Gosh I dont even know what to say about these besides...they suck and right now looking at the pictures #'s 2 & 3 just upset me even more!! GURR!!
Taking the blogging walk of shame from top left:
1. Maybelline Fit Me Blush in Light Nude- I was so dissapointed on the shelf this looked perfect for my skin tone and chose this one over the medium nude because medium nude looked a tad bit darker, but now I wish I would have picked it up to see if it even showed up on PAPER!!!! I mean on this paper I almost started a fire trying to get the color on the dang thing!! F------ total fail in my book.
2. Maybelline Fit Me Blush in DEEP ROSE!!- this upset me as well I bought this at the same time as the first one but in this range of rose colors the light and medium looked WAY too light, so I grabbed the darkest one made for someone with a deep skin tone. First off it didnt even show up on my nw35 beige skin, let alone this white piece of paper!!! Imagine a dark skin tone?? what a shame....
3. Almay Smart Shade Blush in Natural- ok now im P.Oed.... this doesnt even show on my skin or my hands or arms or anywhere I would swatch on me!! but it showed on paper how light do you have to be for it to show up...isn't it "supposed" to adjust to your skin tone???? HELLO am I the only one who sees a problem here!?!?!?
4.CoverGirl Classic Color Blush in Natural Glow- bLeH.... no shimmer, hardly any pigmentaion and really really rough dry texture, I feel like I need to reapply my moisturizer AGAIN!!

OK guys well that enough ranting and raving for me today lol I feel like i was super harsh on the bad ones :/ but hey someone has to let you know so you dont make the same mistakes I made!!!

Let Me Know Whats Up With Your Favorite Blushes, Bronzers, And Highlights!!!!
